Week four is ancient history, but not without its fair share of good games. To start the evening, the After School Specials took on 38 1/2 Minutes of Hell. This game was close to start, but After School Specials eventually ran away with it, winning convincingly 27-19. 38 1/2 minutes got solid games from both Jeff (6pts, 4stls, 13rbs, 5stls) and Eric (7pts, 10 rbs, 2stls) but you can tell that they are missing a presence in the middle and would greatly benefit if Lou could ever get clearance to play. Justin led the way for the After School Specials with 5pts, 14rbs, 4blks. They also finally had the services of Bob, who showed no signs of rust by scoring 3pts, 4asts, 6rbs. The middle game was the most competitive game of the evening as it was a back and forth battle between the Bricklayers 2.0 and The Academy. Paul scored 4pts, all with in a minute to tie the game late but The Academy was able to hold on to a 23-22 victory behind the strong play of Zach and Witt. Zach continues to have a great season as he ended the game with 4pts, 7rbs, 6stls. Witt finished with 9pts, 4asts, 14rbs, 3blks, 6stls. 6stls, 3blks. Tim had a great game off the bench for The Academy with 5pts, 6rbs, 2blks. Shawn was his usual self for the Bricklayers 2.0 as he has 8pts, 2ast, 14rbs. A showdown between The Revolution and Head of Steam week 4. The Revolution jumped out early, and was able to hold on to their lead, winning 23-19. Simon (11pts, 5rbs) and Hearn (6pts, 8rbs), were the main contributors for the Academy. Bill also helped with 2pts, 8rbs. Nate was not affected by missing that dunk last week, as he had 7pts, 17rbs, 2blks. Good luck to all in week four and remember to pick up after your self and to pay your score keeper.

Week #4 MVP - Witt 9pts, 4asts, 14rbs, 3blks, 6stls, 1TO

In an unfortunate turn for the After School specials star player Poke Steve will be unable to play tonight. A recent judges ruling has dictated that Steven Truesdale is prohibited from being within 300 feet of any middle school, playground, or day care center therefore disqualifying him from play. Better luck next season.
