Ok folks, week 7 is in the books. Week 7 had a lot to offer. Two teams continued their win streak, and two teams continued their losing ways. Head of Steam took their three game losing streak in to a match up with the new look Chicken Chokers. This game was a battle back and forth through out the entire game. However in the end it was the new acquisition for the Chokers that lead them to the victory. Justin had a solid game going for 8pts and 17 rbs. There was a point late in the game where Justin hit four consecutive shots on four consecutive possession. The Head of Steam have now lost four straight. However, they also have not had their full team in attendance since the start of the season. One thing that should be pointed out, is there was a tussle in the locker between Steam teammates. Names will not be mentioned, due to the on going investigations, but it was a verbal battle, and a jersey was even thrown. The Steam GM better pull his team together, or they are in for a long season. The middle game featured the un-deafted 40 Minutes of Hell against the winless White Shadows. With out writing about this game, you probably know the outcome of it. Like their previous 6 victories, 40 Minutes of Hell rolled to another convincing victory. Shawn had a dominating performance going 13/18 from the field with 12 rbs. Will somebody please beat this team? Better yet will somebody please hand Simon his first loss in Grinders history. He has gone a season and a half without losing. I have a feeling though that all that might end today. The night cap was not even close. The closet part of the game was the tip off. The After School Specials handily defeated the Bricklayers, even with their big man Nate not scoring. Poke and Jeff lead their team to their fourth straight win. There are some interesting story lines for tonights game. The Shadows have lost seven straight, play the Steam who have lost four straight....somethings has to give in this game. 40 Minutes of Hell looks to stay un-defeated against the hottest team in the league, The After School Specials, winners of four straight. The night cap, pits the Bricklayers against the Chokers. This is the first time that Justin and Dennis will be playing against their old teams. This is shaping up to be one of the best nights in Grinders history. Good luck to all and I will see you at the gym.

simon, jon wants you to lose so bad he is willing to stay after work and cover for poke if he can not make the game on time. jon dont be a hater
